Manager, Human Resources (SRAA)

The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) is looking for a mid-career HR professional to join its management team.  The position will directly perform, or supervise, the full range of HR functions including, but not limited to, such areas as recruitment, classification, compensation, employee benefits/services and labor/employee relations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years HR experience, at least two of which were in a supervisory position.  A graduate degree may be substituted for some work experience.  The salary is competitive and the benefit package excellent, including membership in the NYS Employee Retirement System.
